Do you long for a time when Humphrey Bogart and James Stewart were Hollywood’s biggest stars? Where television was new and Bluetooth didn’t exist? Columbus band, Whirlybirds, takes us back in time with classic jazz swing music. Now you can expereince the 1940s without the war and whatnot!

I was curious why a band would choose to play music that’s rare to hear nowadays. To these gentleman, swing is all about having fun and creating good music. Most of thier songs include improvosation, where they get to express themselves creatively through thier instruments. From this, each song gets a personal touch from each musican that’s unique at every performance!
